Veterans United Home Loans is seeking a Facilities Care Coordinator to keep our office spaces clean, safe, and welcoming, supporting a productive workday for colleagues. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and proactive maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

You will clean restrooms, kitchens, conference rooms, and other public areas; manage supplies; and work closely with a friendly team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining restrooms, kitchens, conference rooms, and other common spaces to keep spaces organized and welcoming.
• Removing trash and recycling, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness.
• Monitoring and stocking supplies to stay prepared for busy days.
• Deep cleaning appliances, equipment, and vending machines inside and out.
• Clearing sidewalks, visitor parking spaces, handicapped spots, and related areas of ice, snow, and debris during inclement weather for safety.
• Pitching in wherever needed and fostering a supportive, collaborative team culture.

About The Role:

As a Facilities Care Coordinator, you are responsible for keeping our office buildings sparkling clean as a way to enhance the lives of fellow employees. From maintaining tidy workspaces to creating a welcoming environment in common areas, your work helps create a space where our team can thrive. You’ll play an important part in fostering a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that reflects the care we have for one another.

• Cleaning and maintaining restrooms, kitchens, conference rooms, and other common spaces to make sure everything is organized and welcoming.
• Removing trash and recycling, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming to keep our spaces clean and comfortable.
• Monitoring and stocking supplies so we’re always ready for the next busy day.
• Deep cleaning appliances, equipment, and vending machines inside and out.
• Clearing sidewalks, visitor parking spaces, handicapped spots, and expectant mothers' spaces of ice, snow, and debris during inclement weather to keep everyone safe and happy.
• Pitching in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) and help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.
