Job summary

Veterans United Home Loans is hiring for an on-site custodian role in St. Louis, MO. This hourly position offers training and development opportunities to build a career with the company, and includes a quarterly bonus program with potential annual earnings of $38,500–$45,000.

You’ll clean and maintain restrooms, kitchens, conference rooms and other common spaces, stock supplies, and help keep the facility welcoming and safe. Previous custodial experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• No specific degree or experience required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain restrooms, kitchens, conference rooms, and common spaces.
• Remove trash and recycling; dust, mop, vacuum.
• Monitor and stock supplies to stay prepared for busy days.
• Deep clean appliances, equipment, and vending machines.
• Clear sidewalks and parking areas of ice, snow, debris in bad weather.
• Support team and collaborate to foster a positive work culture.
