Qualifications

• Must have high school or GED and, if applicable, a master trade license.
• 5+ years in skilled trades; 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience coordinating projects with MCPS and outside vendors.
• Ability to read and interpret building plans; develop working bids for facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops scope of work and bid specifications; plans, coordinates and inspects contractor performance.
• Reviews architectural/engineering drawings and ensures compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Monitors contractor compliance with contractual requirements and codes; verifies accuracy and approves payment.
