• A written and/or hands-on assessment may be given.
• Wage range is between 32.79 and 48.39 per hour, based on years of service.
• Five or more years experience in skilled trades with 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver's License; preferred trade license/certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops scope of work and specifications for capital projects.
• Reviews architectural/engineering drawings and specs; plans, schedules, coordinates.
• Inspects and monitors contractors for compliance with contracts and codes.
• Coordinates bid specifications, researches products, and tests procedures.
• Approves payment and verifies accuracy for project progress.
