Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction project management, geology or related discipline.
• Experience managing large-scale public construction/infrastructure projects with budget accountability (min five years preferred).
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP).
• Understanding of government operations, budgeting, and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Accept and analyze County initiative ideas; communicate full project execution plans to stakeholders.
• Develop cohesive project plans using County standards and best PM practices.
• Participate in RFP/Bid processes to secure consultants and contractors; review bid documents.
