Job summary

Ascentria Care Alliance seeks an experienced Facilities Project Manager to oversee capital improvements, renovations, and construction across its real estate portfolio in Worcester and surrounding sites.

You will coordinate scope, design, schedules, budgets, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects that meet facility requirements and lease considerations, while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

Five+ years as a construction PM, owner’s PM, architect, or similar healthcare/related project role.
Experience with capital planning and strategic project management including scope, schedules, budgets, and contracts.
Experience with real estate development or asset management and coordination of legal aspects.
Knowledge of commercial construction, renovation, design, permitting, and healthcare facility design.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction contracts; develop scopes of work and addenda.

Responsibilities

Develop multi-year capital plans with leadership.
Evaluate feasibility via space planning, design development, and budget review.
Review scopes and construction plans to meet standards, scope, and budget targets.
Coordinate planning, design, permitting, construction, and communications with partners.
Monitor costs and provide updates on capital and construction projects.
Oversee lease management activities and ensure financial and legal compliance.
