Ascentria Care Alliance in Worcester, MA seeks a Facilities Project Manager to oversee capital improvements, renovations, and construction across the organization’s real estate portfolio. This role coordinates project scope, schedules, budgets, and stakeholders to deliver facilities that meet health, safety, and regulatory standards.

The position also manages lease activity and multi-year capital plans, partnering with the Chief of Real Estate and Capital Planning, CFO, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience as a construction project manager, owner’s PM, architect, or similar in healthcare or comparable projects.
• Experience with capital planning, scopes, schedules, budgets, cost projections, and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of real estate development or asset management including legal aspects of real estate.
• Understanding of commercial construction, permitting, and healthcare facility design requirements.

Responsabilités

• Develop multi-year capital plans with senior leaders.
• Evaluate project feasibility through planning, design, and budget reviews.
• Oversee project scopes, plans, specifications and documentation to meet standards and budgets.
• Assist in grant applications for capital improvements.
• Coordinate construction, renovation, and maintenance across properties.
• Manage project schedules and financial planning to stay within approved plans.
