Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Facilities Capital & Projects to provide end‑to‑end financial support for major capital initiatives, including the Downsize/Remodel and Distribution Center Construction programs.

You will drive forecasting, budgeting, and financial controls across multi‑year projects. This role partners with Facilities, Construction, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance to improve visibility and optimize capital spend while delivering actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of Finance experience with budgeting/forecasting
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end financial support for capital programs.
• Lead monthly/quarterly forecasts and variance analysis.
• Develop budgets, track progress, and perform financial closeouts.
• Ensure internal controls and accurate capital reporting.
