Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Director, Corporate Facilities to lead facilities operations across corporate offices and distribution centers, develop maintenance programs, manage budgets, and oversee capital projects.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of 15 years of corporate facility experience and 10 years in a management role.
• Possess in-depth technical understanding of trades involved with new buildings and remodels, preventative maintenance and repairs
• Possess exceptional project management skills and hands on management style
• Ability to balance and prioritize competing demands, lead a team and make decisions.
• Ability to interact with and influence individuals at all levels of the organization
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, organization and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic planning for corporate offices and distribution centers
• Develop expense and capital budgets and manage performance weekly
• Source, evaluate, hire and manage 3rd party vendors, consultants, architects and contractors
• Oversee 5-year critical systems maintenance plan for all locations
• Lead change management for corporate workplace environments
• Create business cases and financial analyses for projects
• Engage procurement for RFPs, bids and favorable terms
• Be SME for critical systems insight for new DC and corporate projects
• Oversee department financial processes with finance including vendor onboarding, contracts, POs and invoicing
• Drive continuous improvement for planning, construction, maintenance and repair of buildings

Education

College Degree in engineering, construction management or related discipline
