Position Overview The Director, Corporate Facilities is responsible for the strategic leadership, planning, and oversight of facilities operations across corporate offices and distribution centers. This role leads the development and execution of preventative maintenance programs, repair and capital replacement initiatives, and facility improvement projects to ensure safe, secure, and efficient work environments. The Director manages facility budgets, asset lifecycle planning, and cross-functional project execution while overseeing internal teams and external vendors, consultants, architects, and contractors. Additionally, the role provides leadership for facility planning related to new buildings, expansions, and remodels, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with organizational objectives. The position is accountable for developing high-performing teams through effective hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of 15 years of corporate facility experience and 10 years in a management role.
College Degree in engineering, construction management or related discipline required.
Possess in-depth technical understanding of trades involved with new buildings and remodels, preventative maintenance and repairs
Possess exceptional project management skills and hands on management style
Ability to balance and prioritize competing demands, lead a team and make decisions.
Ability to interact with and influence individuals at all levels of the organization
Excellent oral and written communication skills, organization and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Facilities software (Service Channel) and Oracle financial programs knowledge a plus.

Compensation Range: $135,000.00 - $175,000.00
