Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Project Manager to lead Downsize and Remodel initiatives, managing projects from initiation to close while controlling cost, schedule, and quality. You will coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure adherence to safety standards and budget constraints.

The ideal candidate has extensive construction management experience, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering concurrent projects on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong communication skills to articulate roles and responsibilities and work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with MS Office and web-based applications; ability to work within financial guidelines.
• Understanding of compliance and managing risk; conflict resolution and negotiations skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Develop effective communications and mechanisms for resolving conflicts among participants.
• Monitor progress and hold regular status meetings with contractors; ensure adherence to budget, quality, and safety standards.
• Identify design/construction elements that may give rise to disputes; coordinate with architects and contractors.
