UC Irvine seeks a Facility Administration Program Director to coordinate all phases of building projects from concept through design implementation. You will work independently and with the Facilities Operations and Capital Projects unit to support a learning-centered and resident-focused organization.

Responsibilities include planning, development and implementation of projects, managing scope and budget, and ensuring compliance with California Building Codes and UC policies.

Qualifications

• Solid project management skills, capable of planning and coordinating complex building projects.
• Experience in contract administration and budget reporting for facilities projects.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications with collaboration across teams.

Responsabilités
