Job summary

Facade Today in Phoenix seeks a Building Services Engineer to oversee daily maintenance of office, medical office, and retail properties. You will manage building systems, supervise contractors, and ensure compliance with company standards.

You will also respond to tenant requests, support budgeting, perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, and coordinate with the Property Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and repair duties across HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Willingness to respond to after-hours emergencies as part of on-call schedule.
• Strong communication and diplomacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of properties and supervise outside contractors.
• Respond to tenant service requests regarding lighting, plumbing, heating and cooling.
• Perform service, troubleshooting and repair of building systems and components.
• Complete paperwork and manage work orders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors as needed.
• Maintain inventories and assist other departments as requested.
