Job summary

Facade Today is seeking a Commercial Building Engineer to operate, maintain, and optimize building systems in commercial facilities. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and BAS, ensuring safe, efficient operation and occupant comfort.

The role requires 3–7 years of relevant experience, strong technical know-how, and the ability to read blueprints, coordinate with vendors, and uphold safety standards. This is a full-time on-site position supporting facility operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and relevant technical training.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building controls.
• Proficiency reading blueprints and schematics; CMMS experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain building systems including HVAC and BAS.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and safety procedures; document work orders.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and local codes.
