Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school required.
• EPA Universal Certification required within 90 days of employment.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial building operations preferred.
• Thorough understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-style customer service to tenants and internal/external partners.
• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, systems, equipment, vehicles, and grounds.
• Adhere to all applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Inspect building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) to ensure design compliance and client conditions.
• Carry out contract work such as landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, and cleaning when needed.
