Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent; 4–5 years related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb stairs/ladders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Comply with codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program and ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage, handling and disposal of hazardous materials; keep workplace clean.
• Review inspections of building systems to ensure operation within design specs.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across related disciplines.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE RISE values to build consensus.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information.
