Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience required with Bachelor’s degree or 10 years with High School education.
• High School education required; Bachelor's preferred in engineering or facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Interdisciplinary Science & Engineering Building.
• Manage maintenance and lifecycle activities for building systems.
• Support capital renewal and renovation projects.
• Work closely with skilled trades workers and contractors.
• Support activation of renovated laboratory spaces.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for building systems.
• Utilize diagnostic instruments to document equipment performance.
