Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Facilities Manager in Lexington, KY. The role focuses on overseeing maintenance operations for HVAC systems, walk-ins, freezers, and plumbing, with responsibility for budgeting and scheduling with a small team of technicians.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a similar managerial role, strong project and time management skills, and a willingness to work nights/weekends and travel across four states. EPA licensing or certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar managerial role.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, Walk-in, and Freezer, preventative maintenance, and plumbing.
• Working knowledge of fryers and ovens, a plus.
• Experience managing a budget for supplies and maintenance.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• Ability to work some nights and weekends as well.
• Ability to travel across 4 states.
• EPA license and applicable certifications or degrees a plus!
