Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee facilities operations and projects for University Housing including space planning, safety initiatives, and operations improvements.
• Oversee all aspects of physical key control and electronic access systems for University Housing and supervise related staff.
• Supervise student staff, develop policies, and ensure safety procedures and customer service standards.
• Participate in emergency responsiveness, committee work, and collaboration with Operations & Maintenance and campus partners.
