CBRE is seeking a Building Engineer in San Antonio to monitor, maintain, and repair building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and controls. You will support preventive maintenance, respond to service requests, and ensure facilities operate safely and efficiently.

You will work with a team to implement energy management and comply with codes while keeping a clean and safe work environment. Experience in facilities maintenance and MS Office is valued.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred.
• Certifications/licenses as required by local or state jurisdictions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Mansioni

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, and electrical systems.
• Ensure building operations comply with codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain an energy management program for efficient system operation.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow safety policies for handling hazardous materials and keep a clean workplace.
