Job summary

Qualifications

• Educational background with a diploma or trade schooling and related experience.
• Ability to perform mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and climb stairs or ladders when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems.
• Follow codes and safety regulations while working in facilities.
• Maintain energy efficiency and participate in preventive maintenance programs.
• Assist with emergency repairs and maintain safe storage of hazardous materials.
• Review building inspections and communicate issues clearly.
