Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with trade/vocational training or equivalent of 5 years of related experience.
• Minimum 5 years as building engineer/supervisor/lead technician in large facilities with documented progression.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 1–2 in-house maintenance technicians and multiple contractors to manage preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems across owned and leased properties.
• Respond to emergencies, coordinate technicians, and ensure safety and compliance with codes.
• Develop and manage statements of work (SOWs) and contractor quotes; monitor performance and quality.
