Impec Group in Pleasanton, CA is seeking an experienced Building Engineer to oversee the safe, efficient operation of corporate facilities. You will lead maintenance activities, supervise technicians and contractors, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BAS, and life-safety systems.
The role requires strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills, with a minimum of 5 years in commercial building maintenance.

Position: Building Engineer
Pay Rate: $40/hr. - $50/hr.
