Impec Group seeks a Building Engineer in Pleasanton, CA to lead maintenance operations for corporate facilities, supervising technicians and contractors while ensuring safe, efficient building systems.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, inspections, and coordinating emergency repairs, with focus on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BAS, and life safety. Strong supervisory and CMMS skills are essential.

Competenze

High School Diploma or GED required; trade/vocational training preferred in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical or construction.
Minimum 5 years in commercial building maintenance/engineering with supervision experience.
Experience supervising staff and contractors is required.
Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and fire/life safety systems.

Mansioni

Supervise 1–2 maintenance technicians and coordinate third‑party contractors and skilled trades.
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and inspections of building systems.
Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BAS and fire/life safety systems.
Coordinate emergency repairs and after‑hours support when required.
Maintain records, KPIs, and CMMS entries; support energy management programs.
