Sacred Heart is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to manage billing, invoicing, and financial tracking for Facilities and Campus Operations. You will ensure accurate coding, timely approvals, and resolution of invoice issues, working closely with Finance, Procurement, and vendors.

The role requires 5+ years in billing or related financial operations, with strong Excel and ERP proficiency, and a track record of process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in billing, accounts payable, financial operations, or facilities administration.
• Experience handling high-volume invoices and purchase orders in a complex organization.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reconciliation.
• Proficiency with ERP, financial management, and procurement systems.

Mansioni

• Manage and coordinate billing, invoicing, and financial tracking for Facilities and Campus Operations.
• Review invoices for accuracy and compliance and ensure proper GL coding.
• Monitor open purchase orders and reconcile invoices against contracts.
• Generate budget reports, commitment summaries, and expenditure analyses.
• Investigate and resolve outstanding invoices with vendors and departments.
• Enforce financial controls and support process improvements.
