you join us! Job Description Facilities Assistant As Facilities
Assistant, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of
Facilities including building services and space management in the two
RA locations in Israel, to meet the needs of the organization and its
employees, creating an efficient and friendly Workplace environment. Key
Responsibilities: * Support the Regional Facilities Manager in
executing the overall Workplace vision and portfolio strategy. *
Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring services run efficiently and
in alignment with company policies. * Act as a key local point of
contact for internal customers, addressing facility-related needs and
concerns. * Coordinate with service providers and contractors to ensure
high-quality maintenance, cleaning, security, and other essential
building services. * Assist in monitoring OPEX and CAPEX budgets and
support cost-saving initiatives. * Participate in property improvement
projects and facility upgrades. * Ensure compliance with Health, Safety
& Security policies across sites. * Support front-of-house management
activities, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. * Assist
in fleet contract administration, working with service partners to
maintain appropriate service levels. Skills & Qualifications: * 1 to 5
years of experience in Facilities Management or a similar support role.
* Strong stakeholder relationship management skills. * Ability to
coordinate multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. * Strong
problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to workplace operations.
