Job Description

Summary: Responsible for maintaining the daily cleanliness throughout the facility by performing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and stocking assignments.

Essential Job Functions

1. Clean cafeteria tables, floors, and counters.
2. Refill napkin holders, plastic ware dispensers, and paper plates.
3. Clean and vacuum conference rooms; replenish visitor refrigerator as needed.
4. Clean all restrooms daily and ensure supplies are stocked.
5. Assist in preventing slips, trips, falls, and other unsafe acts.
6. Order and distribute janitorial and cafeteria supplies.
7. Maintain an aesthetically pleasing environment reflecting the company's image.
8. Deliver morning beverages and noon lunches to meetings as needed.
9. Prepare coffee for employees daily.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and procedures.
11. Follow all factory safety procedures and guidelines.
12. Contribute to team efforts in a collaborative manner.
13. *Other duties as required.*

Qualifications

Satisfactory performance of essential functions is required. Education and experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months of previous work experience.

Additional Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Reliable and flexible to work additional hours on short notice.

Physical Demands

Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, stretch, push, pull, crouch, stoop, and lift objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required.

Work Environment

Manufacturing plant setting with exposure to machinery, chemicals, heat, dust, and noise. Emphasis on teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.

Personal Protective Equipment
