Key Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds including mowing, weeding, trash removal, and pest control.
• Perform minor to medium repairs and maintenance across facilities and housing units.
• Maintain a fleet of vehicles, including cleaning, inspections, and oil changes.
• Participate in responding to after-hours emergencies related to tenants and facilities.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and insurability.
• Basic knowledge of tools and manual labor.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
