This role is fully on-site in Ann Arbor, MI. This full-time position (40 hours per week) follows a regular afternoon and weekend schedule (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM) and may be eligible for a shift premium. Occasional daytime shifts may be required to cover absences. While a set schedule will be maintained, flexibility is essential to accommodate changing operational needs. The Mailroom Facilities Assistant I helps ensure smooth mail and package operations while supporting the daily functions of the Ross community. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will foster a clean, organized, and welcoming environment through efficient facilities assistance and responsive service. We are looking for strong communication and problem-solving skills, especially when addressing facilities-related inquiries, security concerns, and emergency situations. By building trusted relationships with staff, students, and vendors, and by approaching tasks with accountability and a commitment to learning, the Mailroom Facilities Assistant I helps strengthen a positive, inclusive, and service-oriented work culture.

The posting range for this position is $37,300 to $43,800. This posting range reflects multiple factors involved in determining compensation, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, and other organizational needs. At Ross, it is not common for new hires to be offered a salary at the upper end of the range. Compensation decisions are based on the details of each situation.
