FACILITIES ASSISTANT
Our Lady of Mount Carmel, located in Doylestown, Pa (Central Bucks County) is recruiting for a Parish Facilities Assistant. Responsibilities include assisting with the maintenance and repair for all buildings on the Parish Campus as well as assisting with events set up/teardown of rooms and inventory of supplies. The role involves interacting with staff and visitors. Directly reports to the Facilities Manager. This is a full time position, which includes a generous medical benefit, a 403(b) Retirement plan as well as paid vacation.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong organization skills and attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of team, good communication skills and basic knowledge of facilities maintenance practices. Additional requirements would include physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
