Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and contractors, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to deadlines and budgets.
  • Develop and implement a robust work order process, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to address maintenance issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular facilities inspections and audits, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the management team on strategic planning for facilities projects, including renovations, expansions, and new construction.
  • Manage facility-related budgets, including maintenance, repairs, and capital expenditures, providing regular reports to management on cost and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with other departments to understand their facility needs, developing solutions that support their operations and align with our company’s strategic goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in facilities management, applying this knowledge to improve our processes and systems.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Facilities Administrator to join our team in the Engineering industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of talented professionals, providing top-notch support to our facilities operations.
