Job Details

We’re working with an established manufacturing company in Northeast Wisconsin looking for an experienced Facilities Supervisor to oversee facility and maintenance operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for keeping the facility, equipment, and building systems running safely, reliably, and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support maintenance personnel, including training, coaching, and workforce planning.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and facility systems.
• Manage preventive maintenance activities and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Coordinate outside contractors and vendors while monitoring scope, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Support facility budgets, capital planning, purchasing, and maintenance records.
• Assist with safety, environmental, regulatory, and emergency preparedness requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and overall facility performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of related maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, plumbing, and controls knowledge
• Experience with PLCs, ladder logic, control circuits, schematics, AC motors, and troubleshooting
• Background in project management, budgeting, vendor management, and capital planning
• Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOMs
• Associate degree in a mechanical or electrical field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to provide on‑call support when needed
