Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dependable Facility and Maintenance Coordinator to oversee day-to-day facility operations, coordinate maintenance activities, and help ensure a safe, well-maintained work environment in Lancaster, PA. This is an on-site, permanent role.

We are seeking a dependable and organized Facility and Maintenance Coordinator to oversee day-to-day facility operations, coordinate maintenance activities, and help ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment. This individual will manage maintenance requests, coordinate with outside service providers, monitor facility needs, and support ongoing building maintenance and improvement projects.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing hands-on facility responsibilities with administrative coordination.

Qualifications

Education:

• Associate degree in Facilities Management, Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology, Business, or related field preferred.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of facilities maintenance in a manufacturing warehouse.
• Experience coordinating contractors and service providers.
