• Bi-lingual English-Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support, vendor management, scheduling, and PO coordination.
• Act as main point of contact for designated customers; handle communications and escalations.
• Generate daily/weekly status updates on work orders for management review.
• Maintain records, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with operations teams.
