Job summary

Caliber Service Management seeks an Account Coordinator to support the Account Management team in delivering facilities services to clients. The role interfaces with vendors and clients to ensure timely, quality service and requires travel to client sites as needed.

The coordinator will assist the Account Manager, maintain vendor networks, and stay up-to-date on company products and services, working at our headquarters with opportunities for field visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in facilities management or vendor coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as direct support for Account Manager, interacting regularly with vendors and clients.
• Source new vendors and coordinate with vendors to schedule appointments and oversee performance.
• Aid in facilitation of service requests.
• Refer client escalations to Account Managers to find resolutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate and current database of vendor and client information.
• Build and nurture the subcontractor network that performs services.
