Job summary

Caliber Service Management is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the Account Management team in delivering facilities services. The role involves coordinating with vendors and clients, scheduling and overseeing performance, and aiding in service request fulfillment.

The position is based at the corporate HQ with travel to client sites as needed, offering a path to build a robust subcontractor network and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in admin/coordination.
• Strong communication and vendor coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Manager and interact with vendors and clients by phone, email and in person.
• Source new vendors and coordinate scheduling and performance oversight.
• Assist in processing service requests and escalations.
• Maintain accurate vendor and client databases.
• Develop subcontractor network and onboarding with internal teams.
• Act as client advocate to ensure needs are understood and met.
