The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a sense of urgency, and strong verbal and written communication abilities to meet diverse customer and vendor needs. Prior experience in multi-unit facilities management, vendor negotiations, analytical thinking, and real-time problem-solving is highly valued.
