Job Summary

As a Facilities Coordinator II, you will deliver excellent customer service by managing facilities operations for our clients, focusing on soft services, cleaning, light maintenance, and related activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assist in managing subcontractors for cleaning, maintenance, pest control, waste, security, landscaping, snow removal, and mailroom operations.
2. Manage all moves, additions, and changes at the facility.
3. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance, support services, military, or housekeeping.
• Knowledge of soft services, including janitorial work.
• GMP experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet research.
