Job summary

FINITE REIMAGING LLC seeks an Exterior Renovations Project Manager to lead turnkey facade projects, including roofing, painting and waterproofing, from planning through completion. The role oversees project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with property owners, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

The candidate will track milestones, monitor site progress via reports and virtual check-ins, organize inspections, and handle permit/material expediting needs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in roofing and exterior renovation project management with planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with client partners and internal teams throughout project lifecycle.
• Experience in logistics management across multiple locations or projects.
