Skyline Restoration is seeking a Project Manager to lead full lifecycle management of assigned projects across facade restoration, waterproofing, roofing, concrete, and interiors. You will own preconstruction turnover, planning, scheduling, contract administration, cost control, and daily coordination with field leadership.

The role emphasizes protecting gross margin, maintaining client confidence, and driving organized execution from kickoff through final completion, with responsibilities

Qualifications

• Project management experience in construction environments.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications, manage RFIs and submittals.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Own job-cost setup, budget alignment, and margin protection.
• Build and maintain project schedules; track milestones.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and subcontractor activity with field leadership.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure work aligns with drawings and specs.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, permits, and change orders; support billing.
• Serve as primary contact with owners, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Drive punch list completion, closeout packages, and lessons learned.
