Job summary

R & R Window Contractors, Inc. seeks a motivated Facade & Panel Project Engineer/Manager to oversee quality, schedule, budget, and safety for facade projects.

The role collaborates with drafting, production, field operations, contracts, and accounting to ensure smooth project execution. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial construction, experience with facade systems or architectural metal panels, and a degree in Construction Management or related fields.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience preferred.
• Experience with facade systems, architectural metal panels, rainscreen systems, cladding systems, detailing, drafting, or panel engineering is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality, schedule, budget, deadlines, and safety goals for facade and panel projects.
• Oversee projects from award through closeout with drafting, production, field operations, contracts, and accounting.
• Coordinate with general contractors, architects, owners, vendors, and subcontractors to obtain approvals and resolve issues.
• Track project costs, schedules, change orders, and project documentation.
• Prepare and coordinate project closeout documentation and warranty resolution.
