Job summary

FINITE Reimaging is seeking a Project Manager to lead interior capital improvements from opportunity development through final invoicing. You will work with national clients to manage budgets, schedules, and on-site execution while coordinating with our field teams and external clients.

The role emphasizes strong financial controls, proactive client communication, and delivering high-quality renovations on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting project development from estimation through final invoicing.
• Strong field knowledge of interior capital improvements for tenant build outs and renovations.
• Solid financial management and project controls skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support opportunity development through proposal generation and contract negotiation.
• Set up projects, manage field execution and final invoicing.
• Conduct weekly WIP assessments; oversee production, safety and quality.
• Prepare and maintain client communications and project reporting.
• Set up budgets, oversee purchases and change orders; lead pre-construction meetings.
• Provide weekly/monthly project forecasting and drive profitability.
