Job summary

Engineered Facades seeks a Superintendent to lead field operations for exterior metal panel systems and building envelope installations. You will drive project execution from mobilization to closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence across commercial projects.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating crews and subs, reviewing drawings, and enforcing safety standards on site. Strong leadership and communication are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial construction or façade systems.
• Experience managing field operations on complex projects.
• Understanding of exterior building envelope systems.
• Ability to read, interpret, and visualize architectural documents.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors and trades.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all field operations from startup through closeout.
• Develop work plans, installation sequencing, access plans and site logistics.
• Promote safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, equipment operators, vendors, and suppliers.
• Collaborate with general contractors, owners, architects, engineers and other trades.
• Review shop drawings and project documents to plan work and resolve issues.
• Manage façade and exterior enclosure installation and quality control.
• Coordinate material deliveries, site storage and equipment utilization.
• Participate in scheduling and look-ahead planning.
• Conduct inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
• Maintain daily reports and project documentation.
