Job summary

AECOM Hunt is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, procurement, and delivery of building façade and enclosure scopes, including metal panels, curtain wall, cold-formed framing, and related components. You will mentor a team of PMs and engineers, partner with field operations, and drive coordination across design, procurement, and construction.

Qualifications

BS Construction Management/Engineering or relevant curriculum.
8 years of construction experience in commercial construction or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Experience leading façade/enclosure projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of project managers and engineers; define roles, priorities, and drive accountability across design, procurement, and field execution.
Coordinate field operations, sequencing, logistics, access, temporary works, and safety for façade and enclosure scopes.
Develop and maintain the façade and enclosure master plan, including WBS, schedule, and milestone alignment with the overall project plan.
Sequence work for safe access and material flow; drive design development and constructability reviews.
Lead submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, BIM coordination, and interface management for envelope components.
Serve as primary client liaison for façade and enclosure scope; communicate progress, risks, decisions, and KPIs.
