Job summary

Eastern Glass and Aluminum in Norcross, GA is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations from mobilization to project completion on exterior façade projects. The role demands strong leadership, clear communication, and problem-solving to deliver work safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

You will supervise crews and subcontractors, coordinate site logistics, read drawings, and ensure QA/QC and safety compliance while collaborating with engineers, fabrication teams,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in project management or commercial construction supervision.
• Experience with exterior façade systems (glazing, curtain wall, metal panels, etc.).
• Knowledge of construction practices, safety regs, QA/QC.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, shop, and installation drawings.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to lead crews and coordinate subcontractors.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors, clients, vendors, and project teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Field Operations: Manage day-to-day field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with project managers, clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Scheduling & Resource Management: Coordinate manpower, equipment, material deliveries, and site activities to maintain project schedules.
• Quality & Safety Management: Ensure all work complies with project specifications, manufacturer requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Reporting & Problem Solving: Complete daily reports, installation logs, and project documentation accurately and timely.
