R & R Window Contractors, Inc. in Easthampton, MA is seeking a Facade & Panel Project Engineer/Manager to lead quality, schedule, budget, and safety across complex facade projects.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial construction with experience in facade systems, architectural metal panels, rainscreen or cladding systems, drafting, detailing, or panel engineering. Training and mentorship are available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience preferred.
• Experience with facade systems, architectural metal panels, rainscreen, or cladding systems is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and contract documents.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Building Construction Technology, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality, schedule, budget, safety goals for facade and panel projects.
• Oversee projects from award to closeout, coordinating drafting, production, field operations, contracts, and accounting.
• Review drawings, specs, addenda, and contract documents; supervise drafting and shop drawings.
• Communicate with architects, owners, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Track costs and schedules; prepare closeout documentation and billing information.
