Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction or building envelope projects.
• Ability to read, interpret, and visualize architectural drawings and specs.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors, fabricators, and trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations from startup to closeout for engineered facade projects.
• Develop work plans, sequences, site logistics to maximize productivity and meet schedules.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and equipment.
• Review drawings, RFIs, and documents to resolve installation challenges.
• Monitor quality and ensure manufacturer requirements are met.
