Job summary

IPEX is hiring a Fabricator-C for our Preston, Idaho plant. The role focuses on safe, quality-driven fabrication with machines, molds, and process parameters. Training is provided, and you’ll work shifts including days, swing, and weekends.

We seek detail-oriented, proactive team players with basic math skills and a strong safety mindset. Benefits include 401K, health/dental/vision, and a plant bonus program.

Qualifications

• Basic math knowledge required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot fabricating machines (training provided).
• Prepare molds and machines for all lines.
• Lift and move large, heavy diameter saws.
• Identify material problems and ensure quality standards.
• Adjust process parameters to optimize production.
• Remove scrap and maintain orderly storage; perform housekeeping.
• Inspect for hazards and report unsafe conditions.
• Support JHSC efforts and other duties as needed.
