Job summary

IPEX USA LLC is seeking a Fabricator-C to join our Wisconsin facility. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement while you learn to operate and troubleshoot fabricating machines.

We offer Day, Swing, and Weekend shifts with a pay rate of $21.03 per hour and swing/weekend shift incentives. Training is provided to learn the process and equipment, with opportunities to grow within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred (training provided).
• Basic math knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to understand various types and sizes of pipes after training.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot fabricating machines (training provided).
• Prepare molds and machines for all lines.
• Lift and move large, heavy diameter saws.
• Identify material problems and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Accurately set process parameters.
• Remove scrap materials and maintain orderly storage.
• Perform housekeeping around machines and work areas.
• Inspect and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate solutions.
• Support Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC) efforts.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Fabricator-C to join our team! This role reports to the Shift Supervisor. We have a range of schedule options from Day Shift: Monday-Thursday schedule from 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Swing Shift: Monday-Thursday schedule from 3:30pm to 2am, and Weekend Shift Friday-Sunday from 5am to 5:30pm. Pay & Schedule: Pay: $21.03 per hour Shift incentives for swing and weekend!
