IPEX in North America is seeking a General Laborer / Fabricator to join our manufacturing team in a hands-on role fabricating and preparing plastic piping products and fittings to customer orders.

You will cut piping materials, drill, grind, bevel, assemble fittings, and operate fabrication equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards in a clean, structured environment. The position runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic math including fractions, geometry, and angles.
• Ability to read imperial measurements.
• Ability to read work orders, sketches, and simple technical drawings.
• Good mechanical aptitude; fabrication experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices.
• Ability to read measuring tools and use basic measuring techniques.

Responsabilités

• Cut plastic piping materials using various saws and fabrication equipment.
• Drill, grind, bevel, and prepare plastic materials.
• Assemble fabricated fittings using PVC primer and adhesive.
• Fabricate tees, reducers, couplings, elbows, and custom fittings.
• Set up and operate fabrication equipment (band saws, routers, grinders, drill presses, etc.).
• Inspect materials and maintain quality throughout fabrication; follow orders and documentation.
